Jessica Buskirk, MBA

Jessica Buskirk has served as the Managing Director of the Human Performance Collaborative since 2019.  In partnership with the Faculty Director, she provides vision, leadership and strategic direction for the overall development and advancement of the collaborative.  Her responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of collaborative operations, spanning human resources, budgeting management, marketing, fundraising, strategic planning, and business development.

Prior to joining the collaborative, Jessica dedicated fourteen years to The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where she held diverse positions, including Director of Operations for the Stanley D. and Joan H. Ross Center for Brain Health and Performance, as well as Director within the Office of Strategic Planning and Business Development. In these roles, she worked with organizational leadership and led interdisciplinary project teams across the three missions areas: research, education, and patient to drive organizational growth and development.

Jessica holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a BS in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
