Internal Process

1. Contact us at HPC@osu.edu to indicate your interest in HPC services.
2. A HPC staff member will reach out to schedule a 30-minute information intake appointment.
3. Based on information gathered during the intake meeting, a quote and statement of work will be send via email. A follow-up meeting can be schedule upon request to view quote and answer any questions.
4. To move forward create a requisition in Workday with the following information:
   • Initiate a non-catalog requisition
   • Internal Supplier: Human Performance Collaborative
   • The requisition should be entered as a service, not a good.
   • Reference the Quote ID in the Internal Memo field and provide contact information (name and email address).
5. Follow unit-level policies/procedures for initiating a requisition.
6. Once the requisition is approved at all levels, a purchase order will be generated and sent automatically to HPC.
7. Upon receipt of the purchase order, a HPC staff member will reach out to initiate project work.
8. Services will be billed in Workday upon completion of work or upon completion of pre-identified milestones. HPC is unable to pre-bill/pre-charge.

4. Once agreement on statement of work and pricing is reached, a testing/special services agreement will be drafted.
5. Once the testing/special service agreement is fully executed, project work will begin.
6. Services will be billed in upon completion of work or upon completion of pre-identified milestones.  HPC is unable to pre-bill/pre-charge.
