John Paul (JP) Anders, PhD

Research Scientist

Dr. John Paul (JP) Anders is a Research Scientist specializing in Human Performance Optimization. He earned his M.S. from The Ohio State University, where he studied the impact of high-intensity exercise on cognitive function. JP then completed his Ph.D. in Human Physiology and Nutrition at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on mechanisms of fatigue and the effects of ergogenic aids on human performance.

During his postdoctoral fellowship at The Ohio State University, JP conducted performance assessments with professional athletes and worked with tactical athletes to develop recovery protocols aimed at enhancing performance and overall well-being. At the Human Performance Collaborative (HPC), JP continues to advance his research in performance optimization and the development of psychosomatic resilience.
