TACH2F Recovery Seminar: Creating an Accessible Recovery Toolbox for High-Stress Populations

Recovery Strategies for Tactical Populations

Recovery is a critical component of health, readiness, and long-term performance. This interactive seminar will combine expert-led presentations with hands-on learning opportunities, allowing participants to explore practical recovery strategies and engage with a variety of recovery modalities in an experiential environment.

We invite anyone interested in improving their personal or organizational health and performance to join this event:

  • First responders (law enforcement, fire/rescue, paramedics, military)
  • Tactical instructors
  • Strength and conditioning coaches
  • Healthcare and rehabilitation professionals
  • Researchers and students interested in tactical and human performance
